StemSport® Chewable Tablets StemSport® Chewable tablets contain the same powerful combination of SE2™ and StemFlo® that have been a smash hit with world-class athletes and weekend warriors alike. Each StemSport® Chewable tablet is equal to one-half capsule of SE2™ and one-half capsule of StemFlo®, combined. SE2™ and StemFlo® Banded Set Providing both SE2™ and StemFlo®, together in an easy to order banded product offering, providing the benefits of both in swallowable capsules. How do I use the products for StemSport®? As usual, one takes SE2 and StemFlo daily for over-all renewal. Additionally, when one exercises, trains, and competes, there are key times to take the products to enhance recovery and renewal. StemSport® Chewable Tablets Pre-Exercise:  2-6 StemSport® Chewable tablets Post-Exercise:  4-6 StemSport® Chewable tablets The intensity level of your activity will help determine whether your Chewable serving should be two, three, four or more at a time. Low to moderate intensity - 2-3 StemSport® Chewable tablets Moderate to high intensity - 4-6 StemSport® Chewable tablets It is recommended to begin with the lower end of the serving suggestion, and increase your intake as your body and activity level dictate. Do I still take the products as I usually take them, if I am taking them the way StemSport recommends? Yes, you still take both SE2™ and StemFlo for daily renewal. The difference with the StemSport concept is the usage of the product before and after exercise to assist in reducing recovery time. More quickly may feel:etter   - more energetic   - positive   - motivated to continue activity/exercise/training   What is D-ribose and why did we add it to the StemSport® Chewable tablets? D-ribose is a five-carbon sugar that occurs naturally in all living cells and facilitates the production of ATP. ATP is a major source of energy that is used by cells, including those in muscle tissue, for normal function, and it is especially helpful to muscles during high-intensity workouts. Scientific studies suggest that D-Ribose may help to improve recovery after intense physical activity.  D-ribose     When will I feel it? After any activity, recovery time is a natural process in the body. The more strenuous an activity is, the more recovery time is needed to renew the tissue. People feel the after-math of stressful activity. For most of us, we feel some stiffness, soreness, perhaps a bit of swelling. Are the products OK for elite athletes, those subject to anti-doping testing, to take? The Stemtech HealthSciences, Inc. product ingredient list is found on the product labels. After review of the WADA (World Anti-Doping Association) banned substance list, to the best of our knowledge, except for ST5 with Migrastem, the other Stemtech products do not contain ingredients that are on the banned list. We encourage all athletes subject to anti-doping testing to become fully informed of all products that they consume as well as thoroughly know and understand their organization’s banned substance regulations.
